Nothing could be further from the truth. I LOVE to eat. I love to cook. I love to go out to dinner, and I loathe cardio! Now, don’t get me wrong…I love to exercise and lift weights, I just can’t stand to go on a treadmill, or plan a run outside.
Actually, cardio alone is muscle depleting. The only tissue that can raise your metabolic rate is muscle. So, why would I want to create a slower metabolic rate?
