It’s hard to know what to do in the gym. Sure, men walk into the weight room and just start lifting. Women feel intimidated and that’s why I created digital follow along workouts for women. Videos that you can watch at home, and feel comfortable doing.

For years, most women rely on cardio to change their bodies. Unfortunately, that was my mistake as well. I messed up my hormones doing too much cardio, and watch my waistline get bigger.

That was when I was young and thought that cardio was the answer because I was too scared to lift weights. Too scared to get “too big.” Too scared to make a change. I needed someone to show me workouts for women, but didn’t know it!

Now, I preach to women that the way to a firm and sculpted, lean and sexy body IS with workouts that are geared towards women’s trouble spots. You know the ones I mean!

Getting thinner isn’t sexy, but adding on firm and tight curves is. Dropping a size is better than dropping 5 pounds because you could still be flabby even if you’re 5 pounds lighter!

Most women’s hormones make them feel tired and gain weight. When you’re too tired to exercise, the last thing you’ll want to do is go to the gym.
