Women’s Strength and Anti-Aging Program

As we age, we lose strength. As we age, it is imperative that we make sure we don’t lose any precious muscle that can lead to weakness and falls. My women’s strength and anti-aging program is for the woman that wants to stay vital.

I am over 55, and know that balance, functional strength and being able to move as we age is the key to feeling and looking youthful, with confidence.

Confidence that we can take care of ourselves, that we look lean and fit. That we don’t have to worry about hurting our backs or always asking for help.

I have coached women for over 20 years as a personal trainer. I own a gym with my husband and work with women on how to lift, bend, squat, reach, pull, push and balance their bodies, or an object without getting injured.

That is the key to warding off an aging body that loses muscle and looks older. My women’s strength and anti-aging program is for the woman that knows that running and cardio will not make her stronger. It is for the woman that knows that hormones take over, and make us look and feel tired…aged, and irritable.
